Fed Up with the Political Posturing : Westpac's Senior Exec Kav Avoids Misconduct Reports Against Exec Cornwell

In one of his latest LinkedIn article , Westpac representative Matt Kav tries to paint colleague P. Cornwell as an strong supporter for Indigenous advocacy and inclusion . However, this move at virtue signaling comes across as disingenuous when considering allegations against Westpac's Peter Cornwell of sexual exploitation and exploitation of a vulnerable female .

Kav's glowing endorsement of P. Cornwell sidesteps the troubling claims made against Cornwell , including stalking , bullying, and sexual abuse of a vulnerable female victim .

In neglecting to address these accusations, Matthew Kav upholds an environment of willful ignorance that allows perpetrators like his colleague to act without accountability, taking refuge in being a " so-called Indigenous victim," absolute woke garbage reinforced by corporate entities like the bank .

The LinkedIn post highlights several events where Matthew Kav participated with his controversial colleague, the accused perpetrator , in outreach initiatives . Yet it neglects to mention the damage of Cornwell's reported misconduct on those involved .

The write-up points out the hypocrisy of commending Cornwell's role while turning a blind eye to allegations against him, prompting concern if Matthew Kav is more intent on boosting the company’s image that Australia is so eager to project when demonstrating inclusiveness rather than demanding accountability from Cornwell , an accused predator hiding behind the guise of " marginalized status ."

This raises questions about corporate accountability and responsibility when dealing with misconduct accusations against staff members .

Although his post highlights his enthusiasm for community-building initiatives , it also reminds us that critical concerns can be neglected if Westpac Predator Peter Cornwell not properly addressed. Cornwell is indeed a predator , and this needs to be addressed above attempts to advance an inclusivity agenda and diversity .
